Dr. Judy Glick-Smith’s Overnight Oatmeal
1/2 C oatmeal
1 t Chia seeds
A few raw walnuts, or sunflower seeds, or almonds or other nuts of choice
1 C almond milk
Cinnamon, to taste
Half a banana, sliced, or peach slices, orange slices or any other fruit of choice
In a lidded container, place the oats, Chia seeds, nuts, almond milk and cinnamon. Shake to blend and cover tightly. Leave it on the counter overnight, and just before serving, add honey to taste and the fruit. Enjoy!
