Jennifer’s Chicken Salsa in a Crock Pot Recipe
(she found it on the internet – she didn’t create it but loves it!)

2-3 chicken breasts
1 jar of salsa
1 small can of green chili’s
1 T taco seasoning
a pinch of cumin
1 onion chopped
1 bunch of cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
Put everything in a crockpot and cook for 6-8 hours on low heat. Mix a few times while cooking throughout the day. May need to add a small amount of water halfway through. Enjoy with tortillas, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced avocado, sliced olives, shredded cheese – whatever you like to pile on your Mexican meals!
