There are two kinds of people in the world – introverts and extroverts. Dr. Jennifer Kahnweiler is a self-described extrovert married to her favorite introvert, hubby Bill, for 40+ years. In this fun and funny conversation, Jennifer shares with June Cline and Sandy Weaver Carman stories about her introverted hubby, dad, clients and herself, plus she shares an easy crock-pot recipe. You see, Jennifer is also a self-described food lover and non-cook!
From remembering her boisterous childhood family life (don’t miss the story about what happened when planes were landing at nearby JFK airport!) to tales of working with whole companies of cerebrals, (don’t miss June’s story about how she developed her Humor Quadrant theory) Jennifer, June and Sandy will definitely up your happiness quotient!
Jennifer’s Chicken Salsa in a Crock Pot Recipe
(she found it on the internet – she didn’t create it but loves it!)
2-3 chicken breasts
1 jar of salsa
1 small can of green chili’s
1 T taco seasoning
a pinch of cumin
1 onion chopped
1 bunch of cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
Put everything in a crockpot and cook for 6-8 hours on low heat. Mix a few times while cooking throughout the day. May need to add a small amount of water halfway through. Enjoy with tortillas, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced avocado, sliced olives, shredded cheese – whatever you like to pile on your Mexican meals!
